    En la terapia Gestaltica siempre hacemos incapie en el cierre ( fundamental ) de los ciclos, porque cuando una persona se da cuenta de lo que hace y como lo hace esta en una disposicion favorable para el CAMBIO.

    Cerrar un ciclo, es concluir algo, una relacion por ejemplo.

    Esto solo se puede hacer borrando las memorias que provocan las situaciones que tienes, tu puedes alejarte de todo, pero siempre tendras cerca lo que provoca tu conflicto. No habra lugar en el mundo donde te puedas esconder, es necesario cerrar los ciclos, hacer Gestalt .

    Una tecnica maravillosa que tienen los hunas y que en el Ho'oponopono utilizan muy bien es el PAPEL BLANCO.

    Este ejercicio te ayudara a darte cuenta que no estuviste concluyendo y vas acumulando mas y mas peso.

    Te daras puenta que siempre sepas o no te has creado una prioridad obligatoria, todo para afuera y nada para el enriquecimiento iterno.
